Game keeps crashing after installing Hotfix

Literally unplayable. I left a mission with Johnny, and when I leave the area the game crashes. The game hasn't crashed on me yet, but it now has numerous times since installing the hotfix.

Anyone else having a similar issue? I'm going to try and reload a previous save the moment I get into the game before it crashes. Because right now I'm able to reload into the last save, but when I try and start walking it crashes.

Update: It doesn't appear to be mission specific. Loaded into a previous save, and it still crashes. The last mission I had completed from this save was paying Viktor back.

yes after I installed it this morning my game has been randomly crashing at certain points on the map so I cant do most of the missions I need to do.

I'm having the same issue. after the hotfix I can't play more than a minute thirty without it crashing. I was already having a fair few crashes but it's catastrophically bad now.
