Game keeps crashing in the prologue

This is my first time posting so I can't make a new thread. This is just the latest Witcher 2 post... I just downloaded it on GoG and my game keeps crashing in the prologue at the same parts in each conversation with Roche. It's not just crashing the game either, it crashes windows making my computer restart. Any help please
