Game Launch Unplayability.

So, recently I finally started playing Witcher 3 on the ps4 pro. I'm still on the begging and just killed the griffin. Besides where I'm at I've experienced multiple crashes, but even worse when the crash happens I'm forced to restart my console since when I relaunch the game, the launch menu will literally load at single frames per second. I really want to love this game and love what I've gotten into the story so far but this is not making it easy so far and i haven't found much info if this can be correct on my end or maybe it's a patch issue. That's definitely not the games fault.

Never had that particular problem you are referring to, with that game regardless the patch version.

I'm on a Ps4 Pro too.

I would start by Rebuilding the Database! [Option 5]

That certainly shouldn't be the case. (^ @mark5916's suggestion is the most likely fix.)

Also make sure that the game has fully installed on the system. For some reason, it seems the DLC does not install all the way. Restarting the system or manually checking for updates may help. Some consoles allow you to play while still downloading in the background -- which could be the issue.
