Game launches but won't display on screen

Hi everybody !

I got an issue for some time now, since a newer nvidia update the game launches but won't display on screen (same with thronebreaker and a few other games) The game cursor appears as well as the music of the game but it doesn't display on screen.

I have to go back to a previous update of my nvidia graphic card : 416.34 for it to work.

My graphic card is a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti

Anyone got a similar issue ? Thanks

The thing is, sometimes Nvidia updates are causing problems for certain computer setups. It‘s more a nvidia thing and if it happens with other games too, it might be best to contact nvidia support...

Also keep in mind, that you don‘t always need the latest driver version. However, there have been quite a few driver updates since 416. So you could test some of the newer versions too (see here: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx )

But every updates after 416 haven't worked so far

Do you have multiple monitors? Sometimes I have to windows key+arrow key to move the window to the correct monitor
