Game not launching

Hey there, I bought cyberpunk and I've been looking forward to playing it however every time I attempt to launch the game, it says it has flatlined.

Error reason: Unhandled exception

I have done all the steps listed in here, yet it still does not work.
My OS: Windows 10 Home x64
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: 16GB
