Game Questions (without Spoilers)

In your journal you have Main Jobs, Side Jobs, and Gigs. You will pick up side jobs just by visiting different districts.
1. Can i continue to do side jobs, to make money, and put off the main jobs ... without penalty? (Penalty being Johnny and the chip)
2. If I don't answer or reply to a side job in a long time (game time) does the job/request go away? i.e. hey V, go over here and save the girl. (then I wait 5 or 6 days later, will that job still be there?
3. Silly question here... I have notice, in some places if I drive there , there really is no place to park, except the street. But traffic backs up, is there a way to dismiss your car?
4. I have notice some common guns have better damage rating that some Rare guns, of the same type. What's best to use or maybe ask does using Rare items give you some sort of other benefit?
5. Is there way to organize your backpack and inventory, (not just sort)

You can take as long as you want. There's no time limit.

No. There's no time limits.

No, you can't. But it doesn't matter. Traffic AI is horrific and cars literally disappear when you walk away.

You can level up weapons to improve their stats in the crafting screen. Rare items tend to have more slots for mods and such. That's about it.

5. Is there way to organize your backpack and inventory, (not just sort)

No.
