what did you try?this is the threadtry with Firefox/Opera/cleaned cookies/logged off in every browser/turn off firewall/antivir/use REGISTER.EXE/etc
No it's not working. I've even tried upper and lower case letters for login and password. Nothing I've tried works. I've cleaned out my cookies for IE and Firefox before doing anything. Followed your instructions and tried Opera and Firefox. it still pops up telling me to activate my cookies. I even tried uinstalling my IE7 and removing IE component .LicaonKter said:

I tried Firefox, internet explorer lowering the setting on both, disabling my firewall, reinstalling and uninstalling, contacting tech support which so far have suggest everything I have done and offered no help what so ever. I am not able to register either. I am an technical support manager and with my vast knowledge of troublsehooting IT issues, I have come to the conclusion that I cannot get my game registered on my VISTA 64. I have gone above and beyond to get this game registered with no success. I ask for assistance on this register issue that will only bring more posts from other users on this board as the day gets closer when the EE addon is available for download. I sent a message to the link for register issues and no response. WHat do I have to do now to get my game registered with my cdkey? I read these post 5 times over and have done everything it has asked with exception of installing it on another computer as I do not have that luxury. Moderator,Is another register app coming out for users having registering issues? :wall:
not that i'm aware ofi presume you did try with REGISTER.EXE, Firefox, Opera, cleaned cookies, no firewall, no antivirus ?if that fails do try at a friends house or something, i presume that only LAUNCHER.EXE/Register.exe and it's stuff it's neede, and not the whole game, so just get the stuff that is not in DATA and SYSTEM on a stick and tryoh, report what happenedzenmeister007 said:
Thanks for the direction. I downloaded the link in this forum for patch upgrade of the register.exe and launcher.exe on my friends laptop. I am registered. Not sure if it matters but his IE browser is 32bit while mine is 64bit. It worked on his VIsta with all of his security settings enabled. THanks again. :wave:
