I bought the game from a retail shop but the result was the same. No CD-key anywhere to be found (should be in the manuals back cover). Or actually I did not bought the game myself. The game was given to me as Christmas present by my wife. I have tried to contact Atari customer service since then but so far no answer. I fully understand that it is holiday time but this is kinda ridiculous. Their phone lines are closed and no answers to email (got only automatic confirmation receipt). And I thought that Atari is a big company.

. If this matter is not solved by the end of this week I will probably return the game to the retail shop. I am positive that they are not able to solve the problem in the retail shop but I will ask full refund and maybe buy something else instead.PS. I got the "standard version" of the game (according to my wife they did not have EE available in the store). To be able to update it to the enhanced edition I need the damn key.
