Game Runs Smooth at 3840x2160 All Video Max

Ok so seems like clickbait, but I just for laughs I set everything to high and "psycho," locked the frame rate to 60 and it runs like a dream. I need to light up some folks and get combat going to see how fast it drops, but for screens and just walking/driving perfectly smooth. Ok what are the "detes" on my Deck?

i7-10700 overclocked to 4.7 (on air!)
64 Gb DDR4 2800 running at 2133 mostly
EVGA 2070 Super
2tb SDD SATA
750W PSU

Game is running at 3840x2160 with all video to max.

There is more but this is the relevant stuff. I think the extra speed overhead (overclocked CPU/RAM GPU) and RAM overhead well over requirements is doing the magic. If you have an ASUS board use the auto overclock tune software that comes with the mobo drivers. I should post a video. Here is Night City

It runs at like 30 FPS, even lower at some points of the video, so no, not smooth and definitely not "like a dream".
