Game stops loading textures, in-game pause shows infinite loading, then game crashes

+
I'm playing the game as usual, when suddenly all the textures stop loading, the character stops moving. I'm trying to exit the pause menu, and there I see a bar with the inscription "loading...".
After a minute, the game crashes. When trying to load the last save, the game gets stuck in endless loading.
Only rolling back a few saves helps.
I have already encountered this bug several times.

I saw the most similar representation in this Reddit post:

But in my case, the bug is not tied specifically to this place, but occurs spontaneously.
I've already tried to check the integrity of the game files, but it didn't help.
How can I fix this error?

PC specs:
i5-11400f
RTX 3060 12Gb
16 Gb RAM

And I'm running the game from HDD.

It's quite possible that the issue is tied to your HDD, as SSD is officially required since v2.0:

Trying different GPU driver version can sometimes solve performance issues. but finding the ideal GPU driver can be tricky. For example my 3060 TI wasn't handling the latest driver well, so I went back to a more stable one from February or so. However, the same approach might not work for you and I never had this particular issue.

If the issue only started after many hours it's possible that loading a save game before the issue started to occur can fix certain issues, but I don't know if that's the right approach for your issue.

As long as the game is unmodded, you can also report the issue here:

My friend, I think you've nudged me in the right direction.
I transferred the game to an SSD and discovered that the computer experiencing the problems had very old graphics card drivers.
I haven't seen any new game crashes yet.
Thank you very much.

Sorry for the broken English, I'm using a translator.
