Game won't launch via GOG Galaxy
When I click "Play" in GOG Galaxy, nothing happens. The game won't launch.
I've tried rebooting my comp and trying again, but still nothing...
Does anyone know what might be wrong and how to fix it?

EDIT:
I just ran the "VERIFY / REPAIR" and still nothing...

EDIT-2:
Okay, to hell with GOG Galaxy for now. I figured I'd launch the game with the other shortcut that was automatically added to my desktop when I installed the game, but it seems to have vanished from my desktop...
So I went to:
C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64
and sent witcher3.exe to my desktop as a shortcut.
Note: The previous desktop shortcut (that vanished) was named: The Witcher 3 - Wild Hunt
When I try run witcher3.exe (as Administrator) from my desktop, I keep getting these errors:
witcher3.exe - System Error
The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I click "OK" and then get this:
witcher3.exe - System Error
The program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
WTF is going on??
Earlier this evening I was able to launch the game (via GOG Galaxy) and play for about 30 mins. (My very first time playing since I purchased it). I was able to do a manual save, and then right before I logged out I tried to do another manual save and it wouldn't let me, saying something about how I couldn't do that right now (don't remember the exact wording). But other than that, I was able to play just fine with no problems.
Now I'm getting all this BS with GOG Galaxy not working, vanishing shortcuts, and not being able to launch the game with the game's .exe.
The ONLY things I have done between my earlier play session and now are:
1) Installed Debug Console Enabler (ver. 0.3.1) by skomski (from NexusMods) by extracting the zip contents to:
C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64 (as per the instructions)
2) Ran "VERIFY / REPAIR" via GOG Galaxy.

EDIT-3:
Did some Googling and found out where to download those missing .dll files, and where to put them. Rebooted, and tried GOG Galaxy again. It worked (sort of). After clicking "Play" I got a small pop-up error message: MatchesCountError (with some random-looking numbers/letters/symbols)
If I click "OK", nothing happens. If I leave it alone, the game launches after a few seconds.
The exact same thing happens when I try to run the game with witcher3.exe.
So... I don't know. I just immediately exited out of the game. I'm afraid to play it with that error in case I get a corrupted save game, or some other problem...
I guess I'll have to go Googling again to find out what the hell that error is. I'm too tired and frustrated to deal with it at the moment (headed to bed now), but in the meantime, if anyone can shed some light on this, I'd really appreciate it.

EDIT-4:
I found out what the problem was. It's this Mod:
Debug Console Enabler by skomski
Apparently this is an old version that should NOT be installed. Why they didn't delete it, or at the very least add a warning in the description that it's outdated (with a link to the new one), is beyond me...
Anyway, here's the current, updated version:
Debug Console Enabler Updated by Skomski and Nalatroz and AloisManas
After installing this one, GOG Galaxy and witcher.exe are working properly now, with no errors.
