Gamebreaking bug - Early Noonwraith Quest

I'm barely a couple of hours in and have already found a 100% repro bug that effectively breaks the game - if you're looking to complete all quests.

Early on you can get a quest to investigate a ghost in a well. This turns out to be a Noonwraith.

I've examined all around the area, waited until Noon for the wraith to spawn, fought her (and had her flee), been down the well to retrieve the required item to complete the quest.

The bug: the instant I go back to re-examine the skeleton, I get an infinite loading screen.

I can repro this 100% of the time and each time have left the loading screen for over 10 minutes to ensure it's actually glitched.

I will try and muster the motivation to go through the process of uploading a video for you later tonight.

You should restart this quest. Try an earlier savegame. You must examine the skeleton before you jump into the well right after you found it hanging from the rope. After you examined the remains the quest marker will indicate to jump in the well. After finding the bracelet the quest will update and you have to burn the remains and then the wraith will appear and you have to battle it (in your video all quest phases are green and therefore examining the body after finding the bracelet fucks up the quest).
