Gamebreaking Bug [PC] - CTD when travelling to different maps
I'm about 50 hours into the game and was about to set off for Skellige when the game CTD'd after the cutscene.
This is happening every single time I try to sail there and also when I fast travel to different maps. Unfortunately this is happening with all of my saves available, but not with a new game I raced through to try and replicate the issue. I'm guessing it's some issue with my saves and not my files.
Game has been flawless and I've had no issues whatsoever up until this point.
Doubt I'll get my 50 hours back, but any help would be appreciated.
