Is that just me, or did they just trolled people who wanted to play a Rockerboy by showing something they present as one of V's possible hobby while we can clearly recognize Johnny Silverhand's hand instead of V's?

Its at 23 mill now. Man, gotta be Asia? or South America. Didnt they spent quite much money marketting this in Japan? There is Edge Runner too.
I have yet to spot a single CP2077 ad locally where I live... (Helsinki, Finland). Lots of ads for AC Valhalla though. I think I saw one gaming magazine cover once in the summer.
I imagine the ads will appear at least once the game launches.
