Possibly, yes, but the guy who recorded it and then published it is the one who broke a promise.AgentBlue said:And I commend you for your congruence.
For those who have though, watching the leaked footage and then scolding the original uploader would be hypocritical.
Don't, the only person that should feel guilty is the person that uploaded the footage and breached CD Projekt's trust. It makes me wonder though if CD Projekt revealed the game too early? It is still pre-alpha after all and real footage might not come well into next year, that is a fairly long period.sidspyker said:Now I feel guilty for having GIFs of the video...even though I haven't uploaded them anywhere.
Should not, fan's enthusiasm is a lymph for CDP. And perhaps most you didn't directly mean to hurt the company so...sidspyker said:Now I feel guilty for having GIFs of the video...even though I haven't uploaded them anywhere.

Please help me to understand your stance.sidspyker said:Lol, thanks guys.
Yeah I'm not planning to 'hurt' anybody, matter of fact I've been helping our PRgoddess Aga track the video down.
I watched the leaked footage, some site had GIFs of the video and I saved them.AgentBlue said:Please help me to understand your stance.
You watched the leaked footage. You then made some animated GIFs out of it for your own personal enjoyment.
Now you're helping Aga track down the original video / uploader?
Would that be an act of contrition?
Yeah, let's not overdo with self-flagellation. We did not leak it, we weren't even there. The video was posted, we watched it, and we did not spread it. Should we feel guilty? Aha. How CDPR decide to deal with this is up to them, but I do not feel any need to demonstrate any moral indignation.AnthonyF1227 said:Let's not go overboard here though. If anything, this video has increased fan excitement. I haven't really heard any negative things being said about it.
Nope. Because whats wrong isnt seeing the footage, whats wrong is letting ANYBODY see it.AgentBlue said:For those who have though, watching the leaked footage and then scolding the original uploader would be hypocritical.
I have a better deterrent.vivaxardas said:It may be a waste of time with taking them down. But to track a source and his employer if there is such, and to cut their access to any future behind-closed-doors events would be a good deterrent for future enterprising journalists and a clear message - don't screw with us because we'll make you pay.
Do you know why all those who played the games like them?AgentBlue said:This is my opinion: choosing to watch the leaked footage is willingly letting go of the moral stand to criticize the original uploader.
You can call it hypocrisy, in my case I call it a mistake (first I didn't know what leak means, I knew after watch the footage, but it's not an excuse). But talking about standard moral to followers of The Witcher is something a bit weird.... />Is it possible to develop a way "noble" in the plot?
JM: There's nothing like a path "good" or "noble", absolutely, in any of the games in The Witcher. Yes, your destiny is in your hands, but there is never an option "clean" in the decisions that can be taken. Those most thoughtful players can be more successful in this task, but it is practically impossible to remain nobleman. In many cases you have to choose the lesser evil. It's like in real life, where we often want to do the right thing, but it is not always possible.
