After placing The Witcher on the list of games recommended for Christmas by two popular gaming websites - IGN and Eurogamer, the game has also gained respect of journalists of two other big sites, Gamespy and 1UP. In both cases it confirms The Witcher’s presence among leading titles of 2007, including titles such as Call of Duty 4, Crysis or Gears of War.
