Gametopping Bug in Something Ends Something Begins

Talked to the innkeep before stepping out of the tavern, did some minor trading with him. However after exiting the trade screen I'm stuck in the conversation screen with the words of the last spoken conversation displayed. There is no way to end the conversation and carry on with the epilogue.

In addition, it might be good to load an older save game and try again (before entering the tavern).

Also, did you use any mods, now or in the past? (Or did you ever use the console to force a quest result or anything?)

Yes a couple of mods - one to make the interiors brighter and the other to get mutagens to stack on NG+.

One of these mods might be causing the problem.

Possibly. But I was loading an old save, these mods had already been installed and I did the epilogue with no issues in that run through.
It was just a trip down memory lane for me, so no biggie.
