Gang feature: Valentinos

This is the gang which evolution intrigues me the most. Of all the people in Night City, how did a group of suave, macho men with a, ahem, penchant for pickup artistry turn into a band of cyberchicanos and cyberchicanas? Retcon? Or a Voodoo Boys-like situation?

Regardless, I dig their Día de los Muertos aesthetics a lot, it makes Night City a richer picture to gaze at ...heavy showings of violence notwithstanding
