Not really sure what happened, but after I finished trying to visit the secret V's Mansion, I reloaded a previous save and went to drop off gear at V's Apartment, only to realize the gate was closed blocking me off from getting there. So I changed saves over to a completely different character in a different point at the story, still closed. NPCs seem to walk through just fine, but I can't. Any help getting them back open so I can finally drop off gear?
