Geforce Experience Optimzation causing crashes

Since launch, I've been getting frequent and rather immediate crashes when I load the game. I noticed that after a clean Nvidia driver installs, I get one good session before the crashes return.

It ends up, the crashes occur after the Geforce Experience finds Cyberpunk 2077 and "optimizes" it. Since I turned off auto-optimize new games, I'm crash-free on ultra.

Yes, it's sometimes better to disable Geforce Experience. TW3 had problems with it too sometimes.
