There isn't a new quest in the main game (at least not one that i am aware of!), there are 2 separate, stand alone modules: The Price of Neutrality and Side Effects. PoN is not totally new, but all the voices are (it was released back around May without voicing) and Side Effects is totally new.

If you watch the video, the card is Vesna Hood's. Perhaps she has a different name in the Polish version, or maybe she had a different name when she was first made, and they changed it before the final release.Anyway, if you've "done" Vesna, you've seen it.lilac said:
