Gerald forgets how to "breathe" again.

It's around 5th time im playing this game, yet it's first time this happens. Waters everywhere works great, but in parallel worlds when Gerald goes into "gas" he stops breathing FOREVER.
Four times it went clockwork. On a side note i cant find Yennefer so we can go and free fringilla (other main quest line).
I tried "scan and fix" few times, and reinstalling game once.

Also, since you're on PC, are you using or have you ever used mods with this save?

Yes. In water it's all fine.
Mods did not screwed my game last time. Whole game with dlc's with mods and no problems.
I removed mods but it didn't help.
I loaded save before even starting mission after i removed mods and it didn't help either.

If you've ever used mods on save, removing the mods doesn't always solve the issue. If it's a mod issue.

I found this old thread about a similar, if not the exact same, issue. This post in particular may be helpful.

Well it wont help with missing Yennefer that won't save Fringilla with me.
But it seems that this is mod related issue. I'll try to fix it somehow or start over ;/

But why last time it all was fine with very same mods...
