gerald voice either mute or in very high sorround barely hearable

i started the game it runs perfect but i cant hear gerald voice in interactions i can hear the music or other characters well
is this a known bug?
it was the same in the opening credits heard only the music..

Same issue, on Xbox One. Change your system audio settings to Stereo and it'll clear everything up.
