Geralt & Ciri reunion soundtrack / Ciri Luned Me

I found this song the other day called "Ciri Luned Me", one of the most beautiful things related to the Witcher universe I've ever heard, and to my surprise it never made it to the official soundtrack. I combined it with the moment Geralt finds Ciri and the result is simply astonishing. How come the game doesn't contain this?

I believe this song is from The Witcher 2 composers Adam Skorupa and Krzysztof Wierzynkiewicz, right? I guess it wasn't officially released on any soundtrack - too bad

Yes, and the woman singing is called Felicia Farerre. They created this masterpiece for their own enjoyment, such a shame not many people have heard it.
