Yeah, and even male models don't have disproportionally skinny waists. Geralt's new waist is anatomically off, that's the problem.

Based on the armour they've shown so far... Buff him slightly to account for the mail armour. Make the torso piece be longer covering his butt, buff up the legs and it should do fine?
