Though, honestly, I think the problem may be with the the fact that the vertical stripes (as on Geralt's waist) make people seem thinner. Every girl knows that, seriously.

This is as close as I could get, what with the guy's head leaning forward and Geralt's head being straight.

Oh, how I love these forums.

When I left, everything was normal in this thread, and now I come back to this. It has a habit of bringing forth topics once in a while that derail into sky-high awesomeness. I read this on my way home on the subway and chuckled like an idiot for the whole ride.


Anyone remember the party thread from 18-months-or-so ago, that was renamed some ten times? Pure gold. I have no idea what it originally was about, but it ended way weird and just hilarious. I think it brought forth stuff like Geralt-Like-A-Sir and Bling-Bling-Henselt.

I don't really like the default armor either but I believe Geralt's body is fine and the same. in fact his waist was slim in TW2 but most of armors back there were quite thick around the waist.
take a look at these:

Now put on a tight armor with chest guard and you'll see it's ok.
