I'm running this with an MSI R9 280x and it runs fine on around high settings, but as soon as geralts face is shown close up on cutscenes etc. it goes really choppy. Any ideas?
Have you tried turning off the NVIDIA hairworks? I had this problem whenever cutscenes zoomed on his face or hair (when he was in the tub for example), but turning it off fixed the problem.
