Geralt's Hair indoors, constant wind?

1.03 PC

No matter where Geralt is, his hair is flowing like it's constant wind, inside or outside. I would imagine this is not by design...?

Acually, I'd like to add to this;

If I turn Hairworks on, his hair is calm as the wind (irony) even when outside and there's extreme wind going on. If I have hairworks off, Geralt's hair is windy both indoors and outdoors... There seems there is no win(d) for me whatever I select.

Yep seen this also.(Non Hairworks)

His hair even flaps around, when he is underwater...xD(Non Hairworks)

So this must be a Bug or missing command that indoor & underwarter no wind is.
