Maybe we need another timer, not only food and drink, but sexual activity?
No, not really...
And even if not, there should be enough taverns, and inns along the way. And if there is a war ravaged land and a save inn,... well, I guess the rest is up to your fantasy.
No, not really...
He can be quite focused - almost scary - at times specially when his child of prophecy is involved. Or Yenn... Or both, the only women I can remember he stopped for was Fringilla, but only because he associated her with Yenn in addition the passes were closed because of winter and some other circumstances as injuries.
It's awesome. Combine it with no fast travel and you have to think through your route, where to go, which quest to deliver, what gear to take,...Yeah, it was Cehsko's Frostfall that made me think of this. I like having to battle the elements while carrying out your quests, it' not so a much turning it into a survival game but rather adding another level of constraints to work around and the planning necessary for to overcome the elements. Plus it just adds to the tension and atmospherics if exposure is actually hazardous rather than the weather just being background scenery.
