Getting Warmer Gig won't start

Hi there, I'm quite enjoying the game even though its been a greatly frustrating experience due to all the bugs. I am a bit of a completionalist, and I was hoping to get the Little Tokyo achievement, however one of the Gigs wont start for me. I had to look up online what it was called because it is just coming up as undiscovered on the map. It is the Getting Warmer Gig. I have attached some pics to show that even though I am in proximity to the area, and literally on top of the building where the Gig is, nothing is activating to allow me to even start this gig. I believe the door on the pic is supposed to be able to open, I'm presuming that only is available when the Gig starts, but for me I can not interact with it.

Having this same problem. I've found 8ug8ear and got the coolant. But, since the gig never actually started, my objectives aren't updated and I can't progress.
