We know all the dialog between two guys in Novigrad they talk about a mysterious ship in the harbor... Today if I was there near the ship of Radovid was a empty run-down ship on the quayside I've never seen before. Anybody else?!

There are bunch of things they add in these patches that arent mentioned , like now ther are ghost ships in skellige that rise from water fly and then go down again , i was so blown awey when i saw that.

Yes there are some things they add in this patch. But the ghost ship in Skellig you wrtote about was in game since release. I'm sure because I found it by night in my first playthrough.

I believe CDPR had bigger plans with the Sea and some small islands on the Skellig map, But on the end they hadn't enough time to complete it all.
