Ghost Town Glitch makes you Panam's face

As you can see from the pic, when you respawn in Ghost Town you start as Panam, you can see her hair infront of the camera before it changes to V as he gets out. Its very annoying.

Problem also reported via console with clip and typos.

Will provide video link later when xbox decides to allow me to upload to one drive.
