GIG: Big pete's got problems Basement hatch Glitch

The hatch you can escape the base from is blocked by geometry from the out side I opened it originally to get inside but it was blocked. then as I suspected after eliminating the target and using the mini tunnel in the basement to leave the area, I could then escape but then after I escaped I turn around to look at the hatch and it's blocked again?.

It's new in 1.22, before in Pete's room, behind the door it was a toilet
Maybe it could be too easy to directly enter here... or just a little mistake.

I remember the hatch being there the first time I played this game pretty much at launch. but yeah don't remember the mini tunnel being there before.
