Gig: Going Up or Going Down bugged

I'm playing on PS5 version 1.5 and the gig Going Up or Going Down is bugged because I can't pick up the quest item as shown in the video.

Have you try to reload a save created just before receiving the call from Padre ?
(and quit and relaunch the game before loading a save. It could happen that containers seem to be "empty" sometimes)
You can also try that and send a ticket to the support for help (Contact Us button).

Reloading the save after closing the application solved the issue.

I didn't know that closing the application would made the difference.
