I suppose that if you don't have a save to reload, a save created before entering again in the location, you have to cross your fingers. But at least, you should see if you get the reward from Dino when you'll complete all of his GIGs. If yes, there is chance that the icon on the map is only a visual issue
I did get the reward which was a vehicle if I am not mistaken but then after little bit when I back to the location to hack the Access Point that's right outside I got call from him regarding the gig and it became active after that so I am hoping it's nothing serious but who knowsI suppose that if you don't have a save to reload, a save created before entering again in the location, you have to cross your fingers. The last time I entered in a building to hack some access points right after completing the GIG, my game crash... The only crash in 1.5^^. So I never tried again.
