I left found a guy on the roof, choked him, then stuffed all bodies (except two, ran out of room), into trash gaylords. She still won't interact with me.
I get and go the FIND her, GET IN HER CELL, but the RESCUE objective won't start.
Save file, including (all enemies gone, only have to move forward, look in window, open door, and approach to get to the bug).
