Im right now replaying the game and Im at that part as well just got done talking to him as well miss him the frist time around. You do bring up a good point there How I see it this is House wife gossip and not everything he said it pure truth more like half truths. And we all know how gossip can be it changes form teller to teller :D

wooot? I never talked to such a guy! What exactly does he sell? I experienced remarks from NPCs when Geralts passes by. Something like "omg... take care of your women and daughters, The Witcher is in town."

All sorts of meat, so bring some BBQ sauce and a large napkin with you ;-)

There are enough women artworks available to fill the 12 months of a calendar ^^@Eredin A New Years gift? Okay.... that's what I get when I don't know one word in Polish ;D@SeekerEqual rights! There are more than 20 woman cards and not a single male cards. But I don't insist on cards of Kalkstein, Butterbean and other pleasant eye's
OMG a card of Kalkstein?!? Gouge my eyes out with a fork!!!! Even the thought of that... BTW, Hello, I'm female, 46, Web Producer by profession, addicted gamer since DOOM, and I would Happily buy a calendar of Geralt as eye-candy....Though I sneakily suspect that there are no male cards because Geralt seems to be completely straight, not gay...Would be OK personally with cards of Geralt (of course, I'll take 20 of those), maybe one of Dandelion..... I've noticed though, a lot of the guys in the game are not exactly hotties...

True, only a few are acceptable.I guess Berengar and Yaevin(n...?) would work.Anyone who brings up the idea of Jethro or Vincent again...feel strangled by me personally.I personally wouldn't mind some of the Witchers. Yeah they are scarred and all...but as Geralt said: 'It adds character!' and I couldn't agree more, well besides that I think that some scarrs are sexy *ahem*.While I don't mind how Eskel looks like...for those that are bothered, take a picture where you can see him only from his left side. Lambert isn't bad either. So if we sum it up we have some options: Geralt of course, Dandelion, Yaevinn, Berengar, Lambert, Eskel, possibly even Vesemir ^^ and Zoltan, DeWett, Siegfried (lol...and please with a different haircut)...a couple more Geralt pics and we got 12.

hello Girls! Not sure if I'm allowed to write in here, but i will.Couple of posts above there is a question about Geralt beeing some sort of a magnet to women.Well in the books it is writen that mutants or maybe only witchers were strange in touch to some or all female magicians. And that it was kind of vibration sensation... ;) It really is writen like that. For Triss for example Eskel had it stronger than Geralt. Yenefer felt it too. Triss longed for to touch a witcher, so pleasurable it was.So he had kind of magnetic vibrating abilities for sorcereses (ups?).The rumor might had been spread wider ;)Sorry if any of You find it a little ...weird.

DeWett?
How about Ramsmeat? Though the German localisation is quite bad Ramsmeat has an excellent voice which makes me shiver.

No it's rather excting :) I merely know the two short story volumes this vibrating was unluckily mentioned a few times and I couldn't figure out if the amulett starts to vibrate every time theres a special erotic tension in the air when a woman has lascivious intensions. Hence I can't figure out why the amulett vibrates in the sex cutscene with Adda. I guess it's because of her cursed Striga remains.

With Dewett I was merely trying to fill the quota :pAnd I guess I remembered that tastes are different.Ramsmeat has a great voice. I got the UK version and am very happy with it. So I guess we could either put him on the list or replace DeWett with him. Either one is fine.

Yea, Ramsmeat has a great voice. And yes well... siegfried needs well... a little bit longer hairX) (I could really imagine him with a hair cut like white raylas, just blonde XD )
I agree Ramsmeat had a grate voice love the way he says Freak it kind of had a cutting age to it .And as for Siegfried think his voice fits his char yea I can see him with a Page boy hair cut like Raylas but the short hair works well too being that he so pose to be a knight clean cut and all that stuff LOL

Yes, i would guess that her curse is the reason. The sensation i was mentioning wasn't something anyone could SEE, and had nothing to do with amulet.

Ramsmeat's voice gave me the shivers. I love deep dark voices...*shudders*But yeah the idea with the different haircut for Siegfried sounds pretty good to me. More long hair...rawr...His eyes...well...for the cards...he doesn't neccessarily have to look right at you or even have his eyes open or something. So that problem can be avoided ^^

Yaevinn and Geralt are my favourites from the game so far. I've always had a thing for Elves, and Geralt is just all man!

As a slight digression, here's an interesting "award" The Witcher got recently. It's been nominated as one of THOSE games which are full of THOSE "difficult moments to explain to the Missus". Couldn't help myself posting this here :D

LooooL!That was funny indeed, but it just so oftens seems that guys misunderstand us lasses. We are not against sex or sexual content...well usually.Give the female characters some respect and it is all good...or have female character to play that can just get some sugar if she wants. At least that's my opinion. And besides...he doesn't have to get it going with all or nearly all. That's just for the hunter and collecter that still slumbers in each of us. Cards...cards and more cards.

So like AnTi said we men can make some questions..How did your playing start? Do you have female friends that also play? And final question : Do you know any Finnish women who play ( because I don't and I have lived my whole live here :D)

I think Dragonsensei means the all-time first game. My first game was the Sonic the hedgehog series for the Sega console... jump'n'run 8)

Oh boy... first games, huh?I was a bit late concerning my gaming career ^^ No such thing in childhood, my mom hated it. But then came the time when she couldn't get around getting me a computer and I was caught.First game I played...some time around 1998 I think. But what it was...no idea. After that, I was hooked and couldn't stop. HOMM 3 -5 followed, DM (gosh I loved that game, one of the best cutscenes ever), Morrowind, BFME and BFME 2, SOR and many more. Love RPGs and RTS but also tried some shooters and was hooked on WoW for about...err 2 years I think. I keep checking several game forums and then I stumbled over The Witcher. I only had to read the first few sentences about it and it was already on my wishlist. Simply love the game though now that I played it several times I want more stuff. So I am hoping for TW 2 or any kind of expansion pack. More female gamers? Yes I know some and that is about as much as I will tell :p

I started playing my boyfriends PS1, I guess in about 1996, so I was about 19. Before that I dont think I really had much idea they even existed :) I got into pretty much any genre, although nowadays I mostly play RPG's or MMORPG's. I know a handful of girls that play, but I know far more blokes that do in all honesty.

Well this Thread is showing that there are more female gamer then ppl think and every day I see more and more which is wonderful ;Dand I know there are a lot of female gamer way over the age of 19 ;)
