I think this is fair both from a gameplay standpoint and a lore standpoint. Most other cards that transform keep their associated tags when turning into new cards, and may even gain new ones. I think it’s fair for this to apply to Vildkaarl as well as his transformation.
While only flavour, it does make sense from a lore standpoint as well, as Werebears are conscious during their transformation just like Werewolves (even if they may not remember anything after they transform back into human).
The main reason though is I think it would give it synergy with other cards in Skellige. I don’t think it would be overpowered, as Jutta an Dimum is the same power but 1 provision cheaper, and also has an easier condition to meet in general.
But regardless, I think it would be fair for Champion of Svalblod to have those tags.
