Giving one of my The Witcher 2 copies to my friend

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I had a few questions about the possibilities and permissions regarding giving copies of your The Witcher games to friends.

I have 2 copies of The Witcher 2. One copy is physical and I registered the CD-key on GoG.com. The other copy is on Steam, which I already installed and played myself.

I wish to give one of my copies to my girlfriend, if possible, and if legal. I was thinking about giving her my physical copy, or simply the CD-Key so she can download it from GoG.com. But is that possible? Is there a way for me to un-register my GoG copy from my GoG account so she can register it to an GoG account of her own? And is this even legal?

Not sure about the unregistring, but i borrowed a few of my friends TW2 box version (they wouldnt play it if I didnt:mean:), and it has no DRM so they can play it without the dvd fine. And it is completely legal as far as Im concerned.

I see no problem with giving her the physical copy of the game . Once patched to the latest version there isn`t any DRM as it was removed .
