Glitch - Dirty Funds

Hello,

Is the "Dirty Funds" quest qlitched? I don't know if it happend because I looted the chest before I read the document. Because I've done everything but it still says "read the document".

Anyone else experiencing this?

And another question, which does not relate to this at all. I've cleared all the question marks and everything else in White Orchard. Is there anything else to do after that? Or should I travel further?

You did same as me. Same glitch, happened due to exploring before the quest was officially started. I'm also missing the deserters gold quest for same reason I assume. Cleared all the questions marks too and moved on. Really wish I could fix those two loose ends though.

Does anyone know if they fixed this in today's patch? And when is the patch coming to PS4?
