There are a lot of categories completly or nearly completly missing. All the other NR kingdoms (Lyria/Rivia, Aerdirn, League of Hengfords, Ciraris, Verden,...), lots of provinces of NG (like Tousseaint or Cintra) and besides the Halflings and Gnomes, Dryads are also absent from the game except for silvers.
So it is really likely that those will come later to the game and maybe adding new archetypes. This allows these new cards to have synergies with themselves without being useless beforehand.
