GoG Version - Anyone Got Their Refund Yet?

Submittied my refund request for my GoG version of the game on the 19th of last month. Gotten 3 automated responses since then but nothing in weeks. Has anyone gotten their refund for their digital purchase on GOG in particular?

I was unable to get a response for over a month regarding missing physical preorder items which voided my right to refund the game as so much time has passed despite the fact that the last time I've "played" the game was on the release date and hardly did anything in it.
