Gold Rush Help

How can I be neutral in this quest? I don't want to choose any sides and if I have too does it impact anything later in the game if I want to continue being neutral? Like I read about Free Elves quest will me choosing a side here impact something in that quest or anything later in the game?

You can't be neutral in this quest, but if you're playing a neutral game, you can pick either without causing problems in the future. So just pick the one that you prefer, or that you consider the closest to "neutral".

Yes, it will impact on the Free Elves quest by limiting your choices there, but "Neutral" will still be an option.

wouldn't scoia tael be more neutral as there is minimal blood shed?

I think so too, but didn't want to influence your decision, since it doesn't matter within the game.

The final choice of path is made at the end of Chapter 4. At the end of Chapter 4, you can choose either the neutral path or whichever faction you sided with in the bank. So your choice today closes off one option but does not close off the neutral option.
