Got stuck bald, naked, and genital-less

As I was completing the game during one of the endings i received some new clothes.

On the pause screen and in the world my character was completely naked, my head was bald, and I had no genitals. I was stuck like that too. Changing clothes wouldn't fix the issue. I had to quit and reload the game and the issue went away.

yeah exact same thing happened to me, it was right at the end of the game when I received the aldacados jacket from Saul.

A re-load seemed to fix it though.

This is because of memory leaks and the game can no longer load in the textures.
It takes longer for it to happen after patch 1.1
