Graphical bug

Dear CDPR
I have a graphical bug. I got some black layers on the ground especially on the grass and in the desert and on water. Also I can't see my character in the mirror after this new patch.
My pc is laptop AMD rysen7 5800hr 4.4ghz, GPU RTX 3060 6gb and my ram is 16gb. I used to play the game so smoothly without any graph bug. I uninstall my nvidia gpu driver and did clean installation for the last driver but till the issue persist can you please give me a hint how to fix it? because the game looks awful see the screenshot attached. I even reset my windows 10 without any hope.

It like that since ever ? or after an update, or something else ? Never used mods ?
