Graphical glitche while using gamepad on pc.

https://youtu.be/WVAGDob05ro
A demonstration.

When using a gamepad on pc and a tutorial window pops up, the game glitches as shown in above video.

Head and swords separate from body.
The scene will be completely still, advancing frame by frame per input of joysticks on controller.

Switching to keyboard mouse completely fixes issue and I can go back to gamepad, but only until next on screen tutorial shows up. Then same thing occurs.

This happens with both a wired Xbox 360 controller, and a wired Xbox one controller

Only on controller is ever connected at a time.

Happened in 1.08 and has carried over to 1.10

Windows 10 preview with the newest 565 update, as well as the previous version.

I5 4690k cpu @ stock
980ti @ stock,
GOG version of the witcher 3.
All settings ultra exept no hairworks
Running at 1440p

I use a wired XBox 360 controller and do not have the issue. It must be system related. I would:

1.) Try a different USB port. If you have an anti-ghosting keyboard, try plugging it into that.

2.) Remove any 3rd-party drivers, .DLL's, or .CFG's you may have installed for the gamepad OR other peripherals (like Razer or Saitek software). Could be a conflict.

3.) Clean out your device manager by purging old entries. See here.

I will try that when I get home. Are you running Windows 10 preview as well?
