Graphics Glitch in menus using RTX 2060

I was wondering if anyone has seen this, I been having a few issues with my new rtx 2060 but no one seems to have answers. It seems to have issues with menu, status bar related stuff. I included a screenshot for your viewing pleasure. Any answers would be great, I have amazing performance besides this. It's a new build only half a year old on windows 10, fresh install.

Did you install any mods for the game? If not: gpu drivers can cause visual problems in some cases, installing a much older driver version for the graphic card might help.

I have the exact same problem with my rtx2080ti. So I think it is somehow a Nvidia driver related problem, or atleast I hope.

Most likely. As hardware architecture changes, these little glitches will abound. Upgrading / rolling back drivers will probably sort it.

Well if another RTX card has this issues, I don't feel too worried about it. I only got like two armor mods but I had this glitch before I installed anything. I could roll back but I don't have any performance issues so I rather not. It only seems to affect that one bar.

yeah exact same thing for me, I also saw some other people online having the same issue. With me the glitch only accurs when I hover over my items if I want to see their descriptions. If I hover over an item for a couple seconds, I start seeing the glitch on my xp bar for a split second. It does not realy bother me too much, but I was worried it could be artifacting. However I realy don't think thats the case here.
