Graphics glitch

I have a problem that happens regardless of my settings or my resolution. I'll be playing and all of a sudden a shadow sweeps across my screen and washes all the colors out. Goes from normal to completely unplayable. I have a 11400f/6600xt and this happens at 1080p, 1440p, high, medium ,and low settings all combinations. I reload the game it's fine for a few minutes and the same thing happens.

If it's not already done, you can follow these step provide by CDPR. And if it doesn't work, you can/have to report it to CDPR (contact us).
I don't know the "category" for this kind of problem, so I put the closest ones.
