Graphics issue on Xbox Series X

Hi,

I just ran the game and encountered a graphics issue after 15 minutes. I haven't had any problems with other games.

So, my question is: Is the game still unplayable on Xbox Series X?

P.S.
I've already reinstalled the game, rebooted the console, and tried all other solutions I found on the internet and the official site.

I'm currently playing the game on Series X and it run fine for me. So yes, the game is playable. I hope you don't have a hardware issue

Thanks for your comment. Yes, I tried that as well, but there were no changes.
In parallel, I sent a report to Xbox support (with logs). Hopefully they can give me some feedback.

Ok, hoping it's not a sign that your console start to give up
And just to know, you're not an "xbox insider" who could run an "experimental/unreleased" Xbox OS?
(for example, currently there is a big issue for some insiders, their Xbox have been reseted to factory settings)

I also hope that this is not a manufacturing defect.
No, I am not an Xbox Insider, just a regular user. I have not been running any experimental or unreleased Xbox OS versions.
