Greenhorn border (tutorial reward)

Hi folks!

I am a former beta player who just recently returned to the game. I've done the tutorial a couple days ago and it looks like I never received my Greenhorn border. I got the cardback, and supposedly the border too, however it isn't in my collection at all. All I have is the plain borderless frame.

Did anyone else encounter this issue?

For the record, I tried to send in a ticket with a screenshot, but it keeps saying that there was an error during submission. The screenshot isn't even a megabyte.
